Single home buyers

Nationwide, more single people without children are purchasing homes of their own. In fact, 18 percent of all home buyers are single females and nine percent are single males, according to data from the National Association of Realtors. In all, the share of U.S. single homeowners is the highest it’s been in more than a century.
